3.1 Promotional Participation: Cafes participating in Promotions (“Participating Cafés”) agree to assign benefit offerings, such as discounts, loyalty stamps, and cashback rewards, according to guidelines provided by CoffeeBee.
3.2 Content & Notices: Participating Cafés may post news, updates, and exclusive offers on their designated pages in the Service. All communications must be accurate and will be subject to moderation by CoffeeBee.
3.3 Benefit Redemption & Tracking: Cafes must ensure that all issued Promotional Offers are accurately tracked using the Service’s admin system. Any discrepancies in redeemed benefits must be reported to CoffeeBee immediately.
3.4 Modification and Cancellation: CoffeeBee reserves the right to modify or cancel Promotional Offers provided by Participating Cafés if deemed necessary under these Terms, including for reasons related to fraud prevention, operational difficulties, or changes in promotional criteria.
4. Terms and Conditions for Roasters and Their Admin Systems
4.1 Promotional Offers: Roasters may offer special deals on coffee beans and related products through the Service. Such Promotional Offers are governed by the specific rules applicable to the Promotion as well as general guidelines laid out herein.
4.2 Advertisements & Content: Roasters can post news, updates, and advertising material on their designated admin systems. All posted content must comply with relevant advertising standards and must be accurate and truthful.
4.3 Sales and Fulfillment: All sales transactions resulting from a Promotion are carried out directly by the Roaster. CoffeeBee is not responsible for product fulfillment and any issues related to the delivery of goods.
4.4 Data and Analytics: Roasters are granted access to promotional statistics and analytics via their admin system. Confidentiality of promotional data must be maintained in accordance with this document and any related policies.
5. General Dispute Resolution
5.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CoffeeBee operates, unless otherwise required by a specific promotion’s regional rules.
5.2 Dispute Resolution: If any dispute arises concerning a Promotion, CoffeeBee reserves the right to resolve the dispute at its sole discretion. Any unresolved disputes may be escalated through the appropriate legal channels as determined by applicable law.
